Pre-Work Interview
We at Santa Ynez Valley Tree Care like to have on-site interviews with owners prior to beginning any tree work. Our goal is to know exactly what the owner has in mind in regards to the work which is to be performed on their trees. An on site interview also allows Mr. Dubey to inspect the trees and make suggestions which the owner may want to take into consideration. A computer generated bid will be emailed, faxed or mailed to the home owner. Once the owner reviews and approves the bid, the bid should be signed and faxed, emailed or mailed back to our office, at which time the work will be scheduled. Always read the conditions of any contract before you sign.

Maintenance Programs
Some owners may also wish to discuss a yearly Maintenance program. If the client should decide at the end of the interview to schedule the work, they will be given a date and time (after 8:00 AM, so not to disturb neighbors) to expect the crew on site to perform the work agreed to.
