Santa Ynez Valley Tree Care our goal is to trim your trees for their
health and safety. We are equally as concerned with the safety of
people and personal property, protecting existing landscape as much
Fred Evans spent his early tree trimming years in Southern California.
In 1989 he settled in the Santa Ynez Valley where his tree trimming
business continued to grow. With the knowledge and experience Mr.
Evans has acquired, he has developed Santa Ynez Valley Tree Care
into one of the top tree trimming companies on the Central Coast.
Our tree trimming techniques follow the guide lines of the International
Society of Arboriculture and Tree Care Industry Association whenever
possible. These guidelines not only insure the health and aesthetics
of the tree, but more importantly, the safety of the client and
protection of personal property.
Santa Ynez Valley Tree Care is fully licensed, insured and bonded.
We will immediately provide evidence of insurance and any other
documentation upon request. All our workers comp and liability insurance
is handled by local companies. SYV Tree Care has never filed an
insurance claim. Our County license is registered at the clerks
office, our State License is 750949, and we are a member of the
International Society of Arboriculture and the Tree Care Industry

Fred Evans, owner of Santa Ynez Valley Tree Care, likes to have
on-site interviews with owners prior to beginning any tree work.
He wants to know exactly what the owner has in mind in regards to
the work which is to be performed on their trees. An on site interview
also allows Mr. Evans to inspect the trees and make suggestions
which the owner may want to take into consideration. A computer
generated bid will be emailed, faxed or mailed to the home owner.
Once the owner reviews and approves the bid, the bid should be signed
and faxed or mailed back to our office, at which time the work will
be scheduled. Always read the conditions of any contract before
owners may also wish to discuss a yearly Maintenance program. If
the client should decide at the end of the interview to schedule
the work, they will be given a date and time (after 8:00 AM, so
not to disturb neighbors) to expect the crew on site to perform
the work agreed to.
